Helpdesk Operations      

Helpdesk services are delivered to customers either from assista office via remote access tools, or in customers` office. Scope and coverage of helpdesk services can be stuctured and provided according to customers` infrastructure and business model needs.

Recording, dispatching, evaluation, escalation, resolution and fix, and finally reporting steps are handled by Helpdesk team.

Upto date IT asset data is the key for OS and applications upgrades and annual budget and planning management, compatibility the reports are provided to customers in regular bases and the advisory reports to customer `s management team is present.

Helpdesk team can also provide services such as monitoring LAN, WAN infrastructures as part of their daily operations.
